New on the Chef's Specials Board

Chef Richard has been busy at it again working on March’s Chef Specials and once again he has really pulled it out of the bag!

One of his new dishes is-

Moules marinières with a twist served, steamed in cider & finished and finished with jersey cream, parsley and garlic, served with warm crusty ciabatta loaf
