Today we are remembering the start of World War 1. Commemorations are taking place across Europe to mark the centenary of the day Britain entered the First World War. An estimated 37 million people were killed or injured in the conflict which lasted from 1914 until 1918. Britain declared war on Germany on 4 August 1914 and the fighting continued until 11 November 1918.
So we remember those 37 Million People today
