For a rich and creamy option, the Pan-Fried Butter Mushrooms in Roquefort sauce, served in a crisp filo basket, are sure to satisfy.

For the mains, savor dishes like Pan-Fried Wild Pheasant Breast with roasted shallots and chorizo, drizzled with a rich port and thyme glaze. You can also opt for the hearty Original Steak & Stout 2-in-1 Pie, or the comforting Slow Braised Loin of Pork with Bramley apple and mustard cream sauce. Vegetarians can enjoy our Baked Wellington, filled with parsnips, oyster mushrooms, and samphire.
