Change is Key

Everything in life changes, sometimes unexpectedly sometimes deliberately and the same happens in Business, the only difference in business is that change in a necessary!

One of the main problems with businesses is that they don’t know when to change or think that change is needed so they end up trailing everybody else!

This is most probably why The Farmer’;s Boy Inn is so successful is that we are constantly changing (in the past 5 years one room has been a pool room, a deli, a wine shop and is now The Purple Cow Shop & Ice Cream Parlour!) It;s not just about changing when necessary though it’s about seeing the mistakes you are making and changing them!

This week myself & Phil held a meeting about our Marketing strategy and we figured throughout a period of 2 weeks we were doing it completely wrong! So we stopped researched & studied & are currently forming a new strategy!

So don’t always think you are right and always be prepared to make mistakes and learn from them!
