Employee of the Month!

After having our staff meeting at the end of April, we came to realise that all of Team Phil do an outstanding job but from time to time some shine brighter than others! As we have such a young workforce we decided to Reward those that shine each month- hence Employee of the Month!

June’s employee of the Month was Waitress & Front of House Team Member Hannah Dunt. Hannah has worked for us since Boxing Day 2012 and WOW does this girl work hard! So Hannah came in for her first shift on Boxing Day (that in itself is something most wouldn’t do!) Waitressing and Washing Up! In the past Year & a Half Hannah has really excelled herself, she now even works behind the bar!

No Business can be successful without a Good Team behind it and here at The Farmer’s Boy Inn we sure have that! Go Team Phil!!!!

Hannah
